Since I post hummus recipes often, I decided not to post this one and simply share the picture since I have a lust and love for good-looking food... #foodie #foodporn ;)
Cook Time: 3 hours (slow cook chickpeas on simmer for 2-3 hours)
Here's a quick salad that I created with mostly organic ingredients... and some of the ingredients come fresh from my backyard garden!
Ingredients
Organic Red Lettuce
Organic Lacinato ("Dino") Kale
Organic Swiss Chard
Roma Tomato
Yellow Onion
Green Bell Pepper
Red Bell Pepper
Dressing
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Organic Raw Blue Agave Nectar
Fresh Squeezed Lime
Dill Weed
Organic Cayenne Pepper
Sea Salt
Had the munchies tonight so I put together a quick "late-night smack" snack!
It's one (1) slice of organic sourdough rye bread right out of the toaster with raw almond butter spread across it and fresh fruit on the side (or right down the center, haha)!
I lightly sprinkled on ground cinnamon and pure sea salt to add a "sweet & salty" type of taste!
Bout time I rinsed and cleaned the strawberries, I remembered having a few ripened bananas that would've went nice on top of almond butter with toasted rye but, oh well... I really like this recipe too!

Raw Almond Butter
Sourdough Rye (French Meadow)
Sea Salt
Ground Cinnamon
Fresh Strawberry
This is a great mix of fruits and herbs that'll get your Sunday off to a great start.
I enjoyed this tasty smoothie while watching the Miami Heat play against the New York Knicks today!
Ingredients:
3 cups cut cantaloupe melon
2 peeled kiwi
2 distilled water ice cubes
1 cup 100% pure orange juice
1 tablespoon raw blue agave
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1 dash of cinnamon
Add to blender and blend until smooth.
Serves 2
