Here's a super FAST and super easy fruit salad!

PREP TIME: 5 MIN
COOK TIME: 0 MIN

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

1 cantaloupe
1 cucumber
6 oz. blackberries

Rinse all fruits to remove any dirt and/or germs and dry.

Cut cantaloupe down the center and remove the fleshy pit along with all seeds. Slice each half into 4's, remove the rind, then cut into small pieces.

Using a peeler, remove skin from cucumber and slice into bite-sized portions.

Remove excess water from blackberries after rinsing and pat dry with a towel or simply drip dry with a strainer.

Put finished product into a large bowl and serve---WoOoO!!
