KL's TROPICANA CABANA SMOOTHIE

 Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Orange (1 cup fresh juice)
Kiwi (1, skin removed)
Banana (2, peeled)
Cantaloupe (1 cup, sliced)
Raw Blue Agave Nectar (1 tablespoon)
Cayenne Pepper (dash)
Ground Cinnamon (dash)
Spring Water Ice Cubes (3)

Prep:
Add the above ingredients to blender and pulse on high until smooth!

KL's ORANGE BANANA MANGO FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Look, it's this simple:

Grab a blender and get some orange, banana, and mango.

Blend it all together.
Ice cubes are optional. :)


Ingredients:
Orange (2)
Banana (2)
Mango (1 large)
Spring Water Ice Cubes (optional)

Serves: 2

KL's MANGO GREEN MADNESS SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
Fresh Mango
Fresh Orange Juice
Fresh Sweet Mint
Fresh Lacinato Kale
Cayenne Pepper
Spring Water Ice Cubes

Prep:
Add all ingredients to blender and pulse on high until ice is crushed, then blend on highest setting until well mixed & smooth!

KL's ORGANIC FIG AND WALNUT SMOOTHIE

Here's a simple and fast smoothie recipe that I made earlier this evening.

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

Organic Figs (4)
Black Walnut (1/3 cup shelled)
Spring Water Ice Cubes (3)
Spring Water (1 cup)
Ground Cinnamon (dash)
Raw Blue Agave Nectar (1 tablespoon)

Prep:
Add all ingredients to blender and pulse on high until ice is crushed, then blend on highest setting until well mixed (liquefied)!

KL's ALL NATURAL GREEN POST WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

This smoothie contains the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

Fresh Florida OJ (1 cup)
Fresh Organic Sweet Mint (7-8 leaves)
Fresh Organic Lacinato Kale (5-7 leaves)
Organic Banana (1 ripe)
Organic Raw Blue Agave Nectar (1 tablespoon)
Organic Spirulina Powder (1 tablespoon)
Spring Water Ice Cubes (4)

Prep:

Rinse and clean all fruits/veggies.
Add ingredients to blender.
Blend for 60-90 seconds, or until smooth.

Serves: 1-2

KL's PURPLE PASSION SMOOTHIE

This smoothie features fresh fruits and spirulina powder for a taste so smooth, it'll have you ready to groove!
Loaded with proteins, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamins A,C,D, & K and potassium, this smoothie is great for breakfast or after working out!

Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 0 min

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Fresh Orange Juice, not from concentrate (1 cup)
Organic Ripe Banana (1 peeled)
Spirulina Powder (1 tablespoon, organic)
Fresh Blueberry (1 cup)
Spring Water Ice Cubes (1 cup)

Prep:

Load fruit to blender and pulse on high.
While blending on high, add spirulina powder and continue to blend until smooth, 45-60 seconds.
