This plant based summer smoothie recipe is excellent after a good workout!
This past weekend I went to visit Lee Lee Asian Market in Arizona where they have fresh, exotic produce from all over the Eastern world.
I picked up some fresh fruit, herbs and veggies that I've never seen before like: jackfruit, anise, and fuzzy squash.
Anyhow, this recipe is dairy free, soy free, kosher and goody goody!

INGREDIENTS:
Burro Banana (1)
Hami Melon (1 cup fresh sliced)
Orange (1)
Hemp Protein Powder (3 tbs)
Spring Water Ice Cubes (1 cup)
Raw Blue Agave Nectar (2 tbs)
Ground Ginger (dash)
