KL's HOMEMADE DINNER SALAD

There's nothing better than a fresh homemade salad that's loaded with the the freshest food grown by those who love nature along with the perfection of Mother SUN!

This is a FAST recipe that'll only take a few minutes to prep and become ready to serve!

PREP TIME: 7 MIN
COOK TIME: 0 MIN

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh Red Leaf Lettuce
Fresh Spinach
Fresh Roma Tomato
Fresh Red Onion
Fresh Cucumber


DRESSING:

100% Grape Seed Oil
100% Organic Raw Blue Agave
Fresh Lime (squeezed)
Fresh Rosemary
Basil
Cayenne Pepper
100% Sea Salt

KL's PACIFIC WAKAME SMOOTHIE

Wakame (Pacific) is a rich source of iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, and vitamin B (thiamine and riboflavin).

Add in natural sweetness of honeydew melon and fresh mild cilantro for a flavor kick!

INGREDIENTS:

Pacific Wakame (edible ocean plant)
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh Honeydew Melon
Fresh Bartlett Pear (skin on)
Purified Ice

KL's C and K SMOOTHIE

This FAST smoothie recipe will get your blood flowing and your tastes buds going---WoOoO!!

Nasty parasites living inside the body can't stand this smoothie that gets into the bloodstream and goes straight to work!

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh Cucumber, peeled
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh Kiwi, peeled
Fresh Kale, stalks removed
*Organic Raw Blue Agave
*Pure Ice

KL's JUMBO FLAME SALAD

This salad prepares FAST, and it tastes sOoO good!---WoOoOoO!!

I chose to top this salad with the world's best raisin also, which are fat free and helps maintain muscle health due to the high iron and potassium content! 

It's loaded with antioxidants, protein, fiber, and a lot of minerals that the body needs to maintain maximum health! No need to worry about the large amount of pure fructose the JUMBO FLAME RAISINS contain, as the body can absorb and utilize this "simple sugar" and easily break it down!

Below are the ingredients I used to make this super FAST and super HEALTHY recipe!

I added lots of cilantro and cucumber to this smoothie recipe for a FAST vitamin and mineral packed beverage!
