KL's JUMBO FLAME SALAD

This salad prepares FAST, and it tastes sOoO good!---WoOoOoO!!

I chose to top this salad with the world's best raisin also, which are fat free and helps maintain muscle health due to the high iron and potassium content! 

It's loaded with antioxidants, protein, fiber, and a lot of minerals that the body needs to maintain maximum health! No need to worry about the large amount of pure fructose the JUMBO FLAME RAISINS contain, as the body can absorb and utilize this "simple sugar" and easily break it down!

Below are the ingredients I used to make this super FAST and super HEALTHY recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Green Leaf Lettuce
Fresh Kale
Fresh Green Cucumber
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh Roma Tomato
Fresh Yellow Onion
Jumbo Flame Raisins

DRESSING: (serves 1-2)
Fresh Key Lime (1 squeezed)
Thyme (herb)
Rosemary (herb)
100% Raw Blue Agave Syrup (1 tablespoon)
100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon)
100% Sea Salt (dash)
