1 CUP FRESH 100% ORANGE JUICE (NOT FROM CONCENTRATE)
1/2 TABLESPOON DR. SEBI SEAMOSS/BLADDERWRACK MIX
1/2 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
4 DISTILLED WATER ICE CUBES
PREP: REMOVE SKIN AND SEEDS FROM APPLES & PEAR THEN ADD ALL OF THESE INGREDIENTS TO YOUR BLENDER. PULSE 30 SECONDS OR UNTIL SMOOTH. DONE!
