Vita Spelt organic whole grain spelt pasta from Whole Foods Market with Organic Eden Roma Tomato & Sweet Basil sauce (I added fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil to the sauce then warmed it up for 10 minutes to liven it up with flavor).
The broccoli is cooked with spring water, sea salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and a dash of black pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
The taste reminds me of sherbet ice cream!
Ingredients:
Orange
Cantaloupe
Kale
Raw Blue Agave Nectar
Cayenne Pepper
Spring Water Ice Cubes
Add to blender and blend until smooth!
Ingredients:
Butternut Squash (1)
Yellow Onion (1 small)
Celery (1 stalk)
Potato (optional, 2 small)
Coconut Oil (4 tablespoon)
Marjoram (.5 teaspoon)
Sea Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Prep:
Cut and remove top & bottom from squash then cut into 8ths.
Peel skin and remove the core/seeds, scooping it out with a spoon is easy.
Cut 8ths of squash into chunks, cut & chop one small onion, cut 1-2 celery stalks.
Cook:
In a medium pot, add coconut oil, squash, onion, (potato, optional) and celery.
Cook uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring well.
Add spring water until vegetables are covered, season with marjoram, cover, reduce heat to medium low and cook for 40 minutes.
Puree until mixed well and to your desired consistency.
Heat until desired temperature is reached.
Do not allow to boil.
Serve:
Pour into bowl and top with a dash of salt and pepper!

Had the munchies tonight so I put together a quick "late-night smack" snack!
It's one (1) slice of organic sourdough rye bread right out of the toaster with raw almond butter spread across it and fresh fruit on the side (or right down the center, haha)!
I lightly sprinkled on ground cinnamon and pure sea salt to add a "sweet & salty" type of taste!
Bout time I rinsed and cleaned the strawberries, I remembered having a few ripened bananas that would've went nice on top of almond butter with toasted rye but, oh well... I really like this recipe too!
Try it!
