Here's the green smoothie I whipped up using the following ingredients to kick-start my day:
Kale, 2 large leaves
Spinach, 2 nice handfuls
Sea Moss Powder, 1 teaspoon
Bladderwrack Powder, 1 teaspoon
Fresh Orange Juice, 1 cup
Ice Cubes, 2 cups
Clover Honey, 2 tablespoons
Add ice first, liquids second then add your greens. Blend until ice is crushed. While blending, add Sea Moss and Bladderwrack powder(s). Continue to blend for 3-5 minutes or until liquefied to your liking.
